You may not know me, but I have been investing in real estate now for over 10 years, and have had great success averaging about 20 deals a year since first getting started. I have done every type of deal I can find, some worked well, some didn’t, but regardless the experience has been invaluable. Also, I am the moderator of this group and keep all the spammer from sending their junk at you (there is a ton).
People email me all the time asking about how to do the many things I have done over the years (Short Sales, Subject To, Wholesale Flips, Rehabs, New Constructions, Condo Development, Note Purchasing, Landlording, Lending, Getting Loans, etc, etc.). Most of the time I cannot answer the emails since, up until now, I had not come up with a good way to do so.
With that said, why am I writing you? I have a proposition and I need your help. I am putting together a website to answer your questions, but not in the normal way, whereby you ask me questions and I answer them. That would just make me a crazy person answering email all the time. Instead, I am going to do online videos and audios to answer questions, something I can do very quickly.
Here is how it will work. When two or more of the same questions come in, I will answer with a video or audio response. Simple! They will be posted on my blog for all to view. One question I have received multilple times is “How do I do my own title search?”, this will be answered by the end of the week and I will send out a link thereafter.
My question to you now is, what else would be helpful? I especially want to know what kind of issues you are having trying to get into the real estate business.
